Voluntary information on quality management

In 1992 MEWA was the first European company in the industry to receive ISO 9001 certification for its work clothing operations. In 1995 it was once again the first in the sector to receive ISO 9001 certification for all wiper operations. Total Quality Management is the basis of all the Group?s activities: what this means is consistent customer and market orientation in all divisions, maximum quality services, constant product optimization, highly qualified and motivated staff, and a spirit of partnership in working with suppliers. MEWA promotes quality by working together with external institutions such as universities and trade associations.

In order to sustain and optimise our performance in all areas, we also expect our suppliers to implement a functional quality management system.
